The natural elements of earth, fire, wind and water are the basic building blocks of everything created in this world yet they, like everything else are subject to change and are slowly being repackaged and rebranded in a new and ‘better’ way. I wish to explore this ongoing process and the relationship between the old natural elements and the new man made ‘elements’. By comparing and contrasting the natural with the man made I will question if these changes are for the better, are they even necessary but mainly I will trace this evolutionary like change from natural to man made through my art.
